Casa Daniele is located just 400m from the very centre of Barga, ideally located for access to the new and old parts of the town. It is a detached, 2-storey house which has been newly-decorated throughout to a very high standard. It has a wonderful, light, airy ambience.
The lower floor consists of two rooms: a beautiful kitchen/dining space with open fire and bright, modern, fitted kitchen and a living area with double sofa bed. The two rooms are connected by an arch.
Upstairs, there is a very large bedroom and bright, spacious bathroom. Off the upper hallway is a balcony which provides a quiet, more shaded spot for reading and relaxing in the heat of Summer
Patio doors open from the sitting area onto a large, lawned, private garden which provides a safe area for children and there is also a smaller, south-facing garden at the side of the house, ideal for al-fresco dining.
In the Summer months, an above-ground splash pool is provided (3m diameter and 90cm deep). There is private parking to the side of the rear garden.
