Casa Ubaldo with private garden and parking situated less than 400m from the centre of Barga and about the same distance from the medieval Old Town. It is located in Canteo, on a beautiful tree-lined avenue which leads from Barga towards the pretty village of Tiglio and the Apennines.
The entrance leads into the kitchen / dining area with full-length windows and newly-installed fitted kitchen.
There is a small hallway, with access to the shower room and twin bedroom. A single sofa bed is also available.
To the side of the house, there is dedicated parking, while, to the rear, is a beautiful, mature lawned garden with shrubs and trees. Outdoor furniture is provided for al fresco dining.
