Il Rustico consists of a row of three, newly-built (2009) apartments with a shared 10m x 5m swimming pool. Each apartment has its own private outdoor space with BBQ and patio doors opening out onto the garden and pool.
The property is situated in a secluded area of Barga with fantastic views to the majestic Apuan Alps, but is just 1.3km from the very centre of town.

Mandolato (sleeps 6)

Mandolato is a stunning three bedroom apartment on two floors. On the upper floor, there is a large terrace facing to the south and west with fantastic views towards the nearby Apuan Alps.
On the ground floor, there is a shower room and an open-plan kitchen / living area with two patio doors leading to the gardens and pool.
Upstairs, the there are two beautifully-decorated, twin bedrooms and a wonderful double bedroom with patio doors opening onto the spacious upstairs terrace. There is also a second shower room.

Il Casale is a 70sqm, two bedroom, single-storey apartment which forms the middle part of the row of three "Il Rustico" properties.
The open plan living area is at the front of the property and features patio doors leading onto the garden and pool.
To the rear of the property, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with patio doors leading to the rear garden.
A fresh. modern shower room completes the layout of this delightful apartment.
