A sympathetically restored Liberty-style house with leafy mountain views, a two minute drive from the
vibrant and historic town of Barga. [An easy 15 minute walk on the road or 25
minutes using a lovely woodland walk behind the house.]
On the large westerly facing terrace, particularly conducive for al fresco entertaining, one can hear the melodic sounds of the Corsonna river and enjoy a panoramic view of the imposing Apuan Alps.

Ground Floor
Dining Kitchen
Newly fitted kitchen with oven, hob microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. For dining there is a table with seating for eight. Alternatively, there is a secluded patio area, adjacent to the kitchen, with table, chairs, parasol and BBQ.
Sitting Room
A large light and airy room with two comfortable settees [one a double sofa bed], two armchairs, armoire and bookcase.
There is a TV//DVD radio and CD system in the room along with a selection of books, games and jigsaws.Shower Room
Large shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine.
First Floor
Bedrooms
Two bright bedrooms each with original ceramic floors, one double and a spacious one with three single beds.
Bathroom
A tiled bathroom with French windows leading on to a small balcony. Large bath, shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.

Large tiled terrace, separate patio with BBQ area, garden furniture, and a small private garden.
There is private, off-road parking directly outside the property.
Suitability -Regrettably wheelchair access is difficult due to three short flights of stone steps. No smokers or pets please. However, well behaved children are welcome!
