Il Turello is set
high in peaceful hills overlooking the Serchio and Corsonna
valleys. Standing in 11 hectares of olive groves, lawns and
woodland, the property offers a private, secluded setting
and wonderful views, yet is only 15 minutes' drive from
the popular town of Barga.
In the grounds, as well as a large outdoor pool, there is
an extensive, (60 x 40m approx.) flat lawned area, a
wood-fired bread oven and BBQ.

The house is a split-level design with terraces front and back. Patio doors from the lounge open onto the front terrace area with outdoor table and chairs. There is access to the rear terrace from the bedrooms upstairs.
The Accommodation
Ground Floor
The front door leads into the kitchen / dining area
which has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and open fire and an
attractive spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms
upstairs. A stone arch leads through to the airy lounge
area with patio door leading to the front terrace.

First Floor
There is a double and a twin bedroom upstairs. Both bedrooms feature beamed ceilings and access to the rear terrace with vines and olive groves beyond. Note that access to the second bedroom is through the first, however there is independent access to both bedrooms from the rear terrace.
Note that the last few hundred metres of the road to Il Turello is not surfaced, but access is easy, even with a normal small car (Fiat Punto, etc).
