Casa Ubaldo is a one-bedroom, ground-floor apartment with private garden and parking situated less than 400m from the centre of Barga and about the same distance from the medieval Old Town. It is located in Canteo, on a beautiful tree-lined avenue which leads from Barga towards the pretty village of Tiglio and the Apennines.
The entrance from the patio leads into the bright lounge / dining area with full-length windows. The kitchen area is adjacent.
There is a small hallway, with access to the shower room and twin bedroom. A single sofa bed is also available.
To the side of the house, there is dedicated parking and a spacious patio, while, to the rear, is a beautiful, mature lawned garden (approx 12m x 8m)with shrubs and trees. Outdoor furniture is provided for al fresco dining.
